By using Bayti you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms with prior notice.
2. Service description
Bayti is a platform connecting sellers, buyers, renters, and real estate agents in Syria. We don't own, sell, or rent properties ourselves — we provide infrastructure for listing and communication.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for your password's confidentiality and any activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Listings and content
You're fully responsible for the accuracy of the information and photos you post. Misleading information, stolen content, or photos of properties you don't have the right to list are prohibited.
5. Verification and liability
We verify 'Verified' listings but verification does not guarantee transaction outcomes. Final transactions happen directly between parties; consult legal counsel before signing.
6. Fees
Creating an account and browsing listings is free. Paid agent plans and featured listing fees are detailed on the pricing page.
7. Prohibited conduct
No fraud, false advertising, harassment, intellectual property violation, automated data scraping, or attempts to compromise platform security.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if these terms are violated, with prior notice when possible. You may delete your account anytime from settings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Any dispute is resolved before the competent courts of Damascus.
