Your name, email, and phone (on signup); your saved searches and favorites; messages exchanged with agents; basic device information. Agents also provide verification documents and broker license.
2. How we use it
To run the service, verify identity, send search alerts, improve the experience, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. What the agent sees
Your name and contact info are shared with an agent only when you message or call them directly. Browsing and saving remain private.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and preferences, and optional cookies for analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Send a request to privacy@bayti.sy and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Security
TLS encryption for all data in transit, password storage in hashed form, restricted internal access. No system is perfect, but we audit security continuously.
7. Minors
Service is for users 18 or older. If we discover a minor's account, we delete it immediately.
8. Updates
We update this policy when needed. Material updates are announced by email before they take effect.
